Can Kidney Stone And Enlarged Liver Cause Constant Fever?

Hi my wife and son have low grade fever for more than a month. Several test conducted including blood test for typhoid, Malaria etc. Recently one ultra sound conducted for my wife where two results were found one was stone pieces in kidney and small increase size of lever. But my son does not any symptom of fever and having temp below 100 F. Wife is experiencing temp below 101F. Please suggest.

Tab cefixime 400mg twice daily
tab calpol sos for fever
