Can Kidney Tissue In Fetus Be Mistaken As Cysts In Scan?

I am pregnant. My first ultrasound the sonographer said she found multiple cysts on my baby"s kidneys bilaterally. I was sent to a specialist for more evaluation and they cannot found any cyst on my baby's kidney.. Only they can see in normal kidneys and i was told may be the sonographer mistake kidneys tissue to cyst.
