Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I have studied your case.

Total knee joint replacement patient find good difference in mobility after joint replacement.
So you can do TKR after consulting joint replacement surgeon, there will not be any problem probably.

Post operative Physiotherapy like ultrasound and tens will help, along with knee exercises for early recovery.

In rheumatoid arthritis there is severe osteoporosis so joint replacement may need extra care.
Results may vary from case to case.
