Can Lack Of Bladder Control Be Due To A Falling Incident?

My son, who is now 6 years old, fell about 4 ft from a game he was playing at gaming center when he was about 3 years old. He slipped so fast I couldn't catch him in time and fell smack down on the back of his head! He lost consciousness for a few seconds and involuntarily wet his pants, but he came to within seconds without crying or complaining and he walked with me to the restroom to clean up. There were no bumps or bruises and he didn't show any signs of any developmental problems over the years, but now I wonder if his lack of bladder control could be related to that incident.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi.... As the loss of bladder control was momentary and not associated with persistent complaints, it seems more like a stress reaction. Concern is that the child was unconscious. Therefore I would have preferred doing a neuro imaging (CT scan) at the earliest to rule out intracranial bleed and mass effect if any. If the child has not worsened after the episode possibility of bleed is unlikely.
