Can Lactose Intolerance Lead To Headaches And Migraines?

I have been suffering headaches n migraines for my whole life, well headaches all my life but the past year or two they got worse n more frequent. Now I get a headache everyday and no medications will help, I've had MRI n catscan done also! I was wondering if I can be getting headaches/ migraines from being lactose intolerant? Thanks

the possibility of headache is low due to lactose intolerance. directly, they are known to cause mainly gi symptoms like abdominal pain and diarrhea and vomitting

however too much of these symptoms may cause metabolic disorders and this may lead to headaches

however you said you have long standing headaches. i would come to think you probably have what is called chronic migraine

i would suggest you try migraine prophylaxis
