hi , the right side of my neck is slightly larger than the other you can only notice it if i tence my neck muscles, there is no pain only thing is i have flu like symtoms. there is no lumps just seems slightly larger could it just be my neck muscle is larger than the other

Our body is not symmetrical. So, as long as you have no pain, no fever or swollen lymph nodes, there is no reason to worry about it!
