Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
For knee problem you can have conservative treatment till you get the surgery. The arm problem may not have any relation with the knee, you may need other treatment.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically along with other medicines.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods, till the pains are completely cleared.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
