Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Libotrype (Amitriptyline 12.5 mg + Chlordiazepoxide 5 mg) is essential for the relief of anxiety and additionally, Amitriptyline has also analgesic effect.
Rabeloc (Rabeprazole) 20mg is an antacid of PPI(proton pump inhibitor) group.
Chlordiazepoxide on the long term can have side effects like abnormal liver function tests; hepatic dysfunction including hepatitis and jaundice. Hence discontinue Libotryp, if you feel better.
Rabeloc (Rabeprazole) is usually prescribed for short term (21 days) but can be for a longer period or indefinite as necessary for symptom control.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
