Can Long Term Usage Of Siphene Cause Any Side Effects?

hi iam 30 yrs i have 2 daughter 9yrs n 7 yrs its 10 yrs for my marriage for these two i had concived normally n they both were cesareian. but now since 1 year iam trying to concive iam unable to i have been diagnosed to have polycystic ovaries n iam taking homeopathic treatment for this. this month i have taken siphene 150mg frm my 2nd day n today is my 3rd day(1st time iam taking any hormonal tab) so can i continue to take the same dose for another 4 days and what are the sideeffects of this

You are having Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease ( PCOD) and trying for conception for 3 children.
You are taking SIPHENE i.e. clomifene .
Now read this carefully:
Prescribed for ANOVULATORY INFERTILITY:50 mg daily for 5 days starting on the 5th day of menstrual cycle or at any time if there is amenorrhea. If ovulation dose not occur,a 2nd course of 100 mg for 5 days may be used commencing as early as 30 days after the previous thearpy.
Further treatment may not be recommended if pregnancy has not occurred after a total of 6 treatment cycles.
In your case as you stated that you are taking 150 mg ( in my opinion this is a optimum dose ).
Side effects are Ovarian enlargement , abdominal pain , bloating, breast discomfort , depression, ECTOPIC or MULTIPLE pregnancy ( particularly due to such higher dosage) and also other side effects.
In my opinion you should consult another gynaecologist and take his opinion.
