Can Long Usage Of Clexane Cause Hair Fall?

I was prescribed clexane pre filled syringes - 120mg/0.8ml -one per day following a liver abcess and kidney failure, my consultant said I could stop the injections at the beginning of august. My hair has now become dry and brittle and has started falling out, can this be a result of using clexane for 5 months.

Hi,

Inj. Enoxaparin Sodium ( Clexane ) can cause hair loss , sometimes marked hair loss as side effects occasionally in a patient treated with long-term low molecular weight heparin (LMWH e.g.enoxaparin ).
