Can Low Hormone Levels Cause Complications Like Anxiety And Heart Fluttering?

I ve been struggling with anxiety for about a week now. Heart fluttering, tingling in hands. Both of which make me very nervous although I have very little heart issues in my family history. Today it came on relatively sudden at work. I noticed extreme tension in my right trap and up my neck, then I began to see flashing, like watching a ceiling fan. I have had migraines in the past but not for many, many years. They seemed to be brought on by hormonal changes and pretty much stopped after I had my last child 18 years ago. I m a 50 year old female. I have been taking progesterone for the last two years because my hormone screen came back with extremely low levels. The progesterone balanced the levels and the anxiety I was experiencing at the time was abated. Could all of this be caused by low hormone levels and should I go in for another screen?
