Can Low Potassium Cause Shaking All Over The Body ?

hi...my grandma has been shaking all over her body. the doctor changed her water pill and said it could be that her potasium is low however, she went to the emergency room last night and all her labs came back fine but they said she has a minor bladder infection. her body actually jerks and it was so bad that it almost knocked her out of bed. any ideas?

1. No, low potassium would cause more spasm rather than shaking all over body.
2. Infection with chills and rigors or excessive calcium deficiency are more common causes.
