Can 'lubowel 8' Be Taken For Constipation?

Hi Doc! I have been recommended by my family doc (whom I could talk very briefly only) to habe Lubowel 8 -BD. I suffer acute constipation and gastric problem. Was keen to know what is the function of this medicine and is it safe to take for a long period? My age is 34 years, ht.5ft., wt. 70Kgs
