Can Lymphedema In The Legs And Feet Cause Weakness And Heaviness?

I have lymphedema in both feet and legs. Would that cause severe weakness and heaviness. I can t walk more than a few steps. My legs feel like lead. I ve had this condition for many years, but only recently, I m having trouble walking. I ve also started vitamin B12 injections, could that have anything to do with my new symptoms? Thank you.
