Can Marfanoid Features Get Inherited To The Next Generation?

sir ..i am 26 year old man. i have marfanoid features but normal aortic root diameter.i want to do fibrillin 1 gene mutation studies to confirm marfan syndrome.my question is if i am negative to gene mutation whether i will inherit my marfanoid features to my child

The Marfan Syndrome is a Autosomal Dominant Disorder and thus there are 50% chances of expressing the same into the progeny if any one of the parent is suffering from Marfan Syndrome.

Secondly, Now a days with the help of Prenatal Genetic Diagnosis it is easy to detect after few weeks of pregancy whether your child is going to suffer from it or not and you can take the decision of continuing with the same pregnancy or want to terminate the same and go for a normal.
There is one more option available that you go for Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis where you can select the normal pregnancy by embryo formation outside the womb i.e. through Testube baby concept.
