masterbation
i use to masterbate everyday for 4 years from 12 years old to 16 years old..i didnt know it was bad to over masterbate..i heard it affects your connective tissue.affects hair loss and alot more bad stuff that masterbation does ..is this true ? and if so can i recover from it?

I don't know who told you all that or where you might have read it, but masturbation, no matter how often you do it, is not a health risk and never affects connective tissue, hair, or anything else.
