Hi,

Masturbation is an innate response to increased libido. But when we overdo it, it causes negative effects on our body like, reduced testosterone levels, weakened central nervous system which together leads to premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunctions.

It's advisable to completely quit masturbation to reverse its negative effects on your body and a healthy lifestyle that includes a nutritious diet full of milk nuts fruits and vegetables , and regular exercise and a good amount of sleep will get you back on track. You should expect a gradual improvement in your sex health as 15 years of damage does take some time to restore.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
