hi there thanks for asking this on HCM, dont worry you wont get any std by mastrubating. but the other symptoms like weakness, fatigue,shrunken penis ae due to excessive act of mastrubation. mastrubation as such is not a bad thing but too much of anything is not good if you do it more it may lead to reduction in your sperm count in a few years. a single ejaculation takes away 15 % of your daily calorie intake so keep it within limits.
