Hello and welcome to HCM,
Masturbation and sexual activity leads to over-activity of sympathetic activity.
Activation of sympathetic system leads to fast heart rate and palpitation.
Nausea can also accompany.
Reduce the duration and frequency of masturbation and whenever you do the act follow it with intake of fluids and food.
Dehydration and weakness can also occur following exhaustion.

Thanks and take care
