Hello,

Masturbation may not cause tinnitus . It may be due to middle ear infection or fluid in the middle ear cavity. It May be due to cold or allergy or Eustachian tube block.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid cool drinks, freeze water and smoking.

Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
