Hello,
I understand your concern about your height but there is nothing you can do without hurting yourself. There are hormonal regimens that do increase the height if your bones are not complete yet but they're not for you. They are only given to individuals with documented growth hormone insufficiency. This is not your case. If your body didn't produce growth hormone then your height would be much lower.
The answer to your second question is that nobody can really give a specific answer for you. Some women stop growing on their 16s, others do so later. In theory you can gain height for 5-7 more years but please remember that most women don't.
I hope I've answered your question.
If you need clarifications, please ask and I'll be glad to provide them.
Kind Regards!
