Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello, I am 56, female, 135 lb, 5ft 6inches. Non smokers. My blood pressure is very good 120/70 116/75/ 119/72 etc. I am in the middle of menopause or very close to the end. i check my blood pressure once a week. i notice that when I am having hot flashes , my blood pressure range between 131/80, 130/85 129/87 etc. When the flashes stop for a couple of months, my blood pressure goes back to the normal range. Is it possible that Menoapuse symptoms can elevate it? Thanks Rose
