Can Mild Back Ache Be Due To Arthritis And How Can It Be Treated?

I have had a mild back ache for quite a while. At first I thought it might be a symptom of bronchitis, but that was treated and healed. The ache is in my upper back. I know I have some arthritis there, but it has never bothered me before. It s been several weeks - probably 10 or 12. What should I do next? OK - not able to pay at this time. Will check w my own Dr. in Jan. or Feb.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having cervical spondilitis giving this problem.
Go for x-ray cervical region.
Go for physiotherapy and short way diathermy.
Ok and take care.
