Can Mmr Vaccine Cause Swollen Tummy And Fatigue In An Infant?

hi my 14 month old baby had his mmr vaccine last monday and for the past 2 days he has been very very sleepy and unsettled...he generlly looks sick and his eyes are like glass..i also noticed today he has a swollen tummy and i was wandering is all of this normal?

I went through your query ,If I were your treating paediatrician, I would like to examine the child to rule out any serious illness like meningitis or septicemia , does the child has fever, rash on body ? , Is he passing urine every 4- 6 hourly , is he accepting feed . Fever and rashes can appear after MMR vaccine , which can make child slight irritable or dull , but as you mentioned very sleepy and looks sick , your child needs an urgent evaluation by paediatrician to rule out some serious issue .
