Can Nerve Damage Caused Neuropathy Cause Bilaterally Running Red Dots On Legs?

i woke up several mornings ago and noticed small red dots bilaterally to lower legs and feet. they do not itch burn or hurt. I have sustained nerved damage at L4-5 from an injury and have developed neuropathy in my feet. are these red sports related.

I don't think the red spots are related to your peripheral neuropathy. They could be a sign of skin infection or an allergic reaction.
For this reason, I recommend consulting with a dermatologist for a careful physical check up. Allergy tests may be needed.
