Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and It is common to feel weakness after such injuries. I would suggest you to take Protein supplements and multi vitamins. I would not recommend nitric oxide supplements as they does not offer any further benefits. These medications needs to be taken for long time, and also maintain your nutrition. Continue physiotherapy. Let me know if you want to ask any further questions.
thanks.
