Can Nodule On Thyroid Cause Night Sweats And Light Headedness?

I have been expeiriencing terrible night sweat and light headedness.I am cold all the time and once in a great while I get hot. My hair and nails are breaking and I am angry more easily. I was told I have a nodule on my thyroid could this be causing these symptoms?

Yes it can cause these symptoms,. An autonomous nodule will secrete more hormones leading to hyperthyroidism which might lead to these symptoms..
