Hi, My baby (girl) is 14 months old and she is still 17 pounds in weight ( Any adivce on this is greatly appriciated. Thank you.

Hello,

The cause for low weight must be evaluated. Most possible cause will be malnutrition. Make sure that she is taking adequate and healthy diet appropriate for her age. Worm infestation is a possibility and you can try anti worm medicine like albendazole empirically.
