Can Numbness In Knee After An Injury Be Considered Normal?
fell hard on my knees 3 days back. it was very painful and felt warmness on my inner thigh. after i brushed it off aside and continue walking. iced it after that. now there s a spot of numbness below the knee and the point of impact still hurts if i tried to kneel. may i know what s going on?
It is common to feel warmth post knee Injury. This may be a ligament sprain.
Use hot water fermentation, knee brace, do static Quadriceps and static hamstring exercises along with ankle toe movements. Post 4 weeks of time balance board training will be good to correct the muscle imbalances and improve the strength of the knee joint.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
