Can Old Pills Of Zoloft Be Taken For Anxiety Disorder?

I was prescribed sertraline(zoloft) a Year ago, I still have the full bottle, I was prescribed it for anxiety and panic disorder. At the time I was pregnant and didn't want to take it. But now I'm feeling like I really should be taking it. Is it safe to take these same pills prescribe to me from a year ago??
