good evening.iam 58 year old female having mild AR, old case of operated left aitrial myxoma and was taking tenormin 25 mg ,now having hypertensionof 150/90.doctor started me withtab olmestran medoxomil with hydrochlorothiazide20mg.is drug can cause any problems .i some times feel tired,and light headed

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have hypertension. Telmisartan is good druds along with othet antihypertensive it generally doesn't produce any major sife effect. Take regular antihypertensive according to you doctor's advice.
