Can One Conceive While Having An Internal Vaginal Tear?

I had a 6 inch c shaped internal vaginal tear 4 years ago. My husband and I have been trying for 3 years to get pregnant again since then. I have one daughter from this same relationship already that we concieved within weeks. 4 months after her birth we had this incident happen where I had to be life flighted and have two blood transfusions. I m curious if this could have affected my ability to concieve or not..I m also concerned he possibly had a vasectomy
