Can Opacification Of Maxillary Sinus Lead To Fatigue And Lack Of Balance?

I have had opacification of maxillary sinus for 2 years. I suffer from fatigue, brain fog, watery eyes, and poor balance. Two years ago I had a sinus infection. The coldlike symptoms were gone in 3 weeks, but the other symptoms remain. What should be done? irrigation, nasal spray, antibiotics? I want a sinus specialist.

Hello,

It seems that you are having chronic sinusitis like condition. For that, I want to know your PNS x-ray report. Provide it as attachment for giving more comment.

In chronic sinusitis, long term antibiotic course prescribed. Steam inhalation done three times a day with warm water. Decongestant like levocetrizine can be prescribed.

In chronic sinusitis, if needed, functional endoscopic sinus surgery can also be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
