Can Ovulac Ld Pills Be Taken Even While Experiencing Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

i am trying to ge pregnant.my cycles are usually 29days regular cycle.my doctor diagnosed me with chocolate cyst and gave ovuloc ld capsules for 2 months.and i started taking it from 10th day of my cycle .ater finishing first strip and started next srip i was just spotting and missed my period now iam on 52day of my cycle.my 2 hpt were negative still an taking tablet and expericing all early signs of pregnancy wat shall i do?

Ovuloc Ld tablet contains Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol as active ingredients.
It is used for oral contraception, painful menstruation, abnormal growth of hair on women's face and body, and other conditions.
What symptoms you are experiencing appears that they are certain side effects of the pill and not due to pregnancy.
Spotting and delay in menstruation are commonly seen side effects due to the intake of such pills.
Kindly continue to use the pills for the prescribed period and do the necessary follow-up with your doctor as advised.
