Can Pain And Swelling In The Shoulder Be Treated With Physiotherapy?

Good day For the last 4 or 5 months I ve been experiencing shoulder pain. Ultrasound shown mild muscles swelling and I was prescribed to take a painkilker (500g paracetamol + 150g ibuprofen) when needed. But it doesn t help anymore and I still experience temporary pain in shoulder area while turning over to my sleep on my back. Will diprospan injection help in my case? Or is it better to do some physio therapy?
