Can Pain In Lower Pelvic Area And Bloating Be Due To Tamoxifen For Breast Cancer Or Subserosal Fibroid On Myometirum ?

48 year old female with 9.9 cm uterus, 9.4 cm endometrial thickness, posterior subserosal fibroid on right side of myometrium measuring 24 x 20 x 16 mm. I am on Tamoxifen for breast cancer (lumpectomy in 2011) - pain in lower pelvic area, gas, bloating, constipation.

The symptoms that you have could be related to Taonxifen. A subserosal fibroid usually is not associated with any symptoms if it is not very large in size.
