Can Pain In The Lower Back Be Related To Having A Cold?

I thought I had a cold, however I have pain in my lower back, could this be from my cold. I normally stretch in the morning to keep flexibility in my back. I did not have the pain while doing this. It wasn t until I awoke that the back pain started.

Hi a cold due to virus can be accompanied by a backache due to muscle pain. Take a paracetamol tablet as and when required along with local pain killer creams--regards
