Can Pain In The Shoulders, Chest And Legs Be Managed?

For three days I have been achy in my shoulders, chest, and legs. I have a headache and the back of my neck hurts. Today all my aches and pains are better, but today I feel just a little dizzy. I am going on vacation starting Sunday and want to be well by then. If I go to my Dr. is there a chance he can help me with medication?

Hello,

I understand you have a mild weakness. A good diet and lot of juice will help. also a paracetamol should help. Simple stretching exercises and free exercises should also be of benefit.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
