Can Pancreas Attack Occur Far Apart Of 3 To 4 Years?

I have had symptoms of a pancreas attack very recently. It has happened twice, but the strange thing was that the first one occurred around 3 to 4 years ago. I remembered the pain from before because it was distinctly like the recent pain. Can it occur that far apart?

Dear- pancreatic problems can occur any time, specially if we have risk factors as gallstones, alcohol, some medications. There is no specific time and frequency that it will happen. The best way to avoid it is to control risk factors and have a healthy diet.
