Can Passing Bowels While Urination Occur Due To Hepatitis Infection?

Yes I m a 57 yr. Male. My problem for the passed year has got worse and getting out of control. I was diagnosed with hepatitis C in 1998 I have not had any treatment because I have had no proplem and I have a very low hep c load so I decline any treatment. My problem is when I have the slightest urge to urinate I begin passing gas walking farts and leaking as I beeline to the restroom. Once I strat urinating I can not hold back my bowel and deficate in my pants if the toilet isn t next to me so I can rush in and sit on the toilet. I have to seriously thinking about not using the unerials all together. I work in a corporate environment and I am very afraid of losing it from both ends on my way to the toilet. Is this from the Hep C or is something else causing this. Help

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history Of leaking gas and has to rush to pass sttol while urinating. This is happening since got diagnosed with Hepatitis C but since the viral load was less you declined any treatment.
It is something like this, while you are passing stool you can not control urination.
Hence this appears to be actually you wanting to pass gases and motion but feeling like want to pass urine.
Please get the following:
Clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon.
Ano- proctoscopy.
Per-rectal digital examination to see for the tone of your symptoms.
MRI of thoraco- lumbar spine.
Tests of stool and urine and blood.
All these will to ptlroper diagnosis and management.
