Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Getting stool in contact with Penis during anal sex can cause infection like UTI. If you have any pain while urination or discomfort after that then it is a sign of that.In such cases a urine routine examination followed by culture can be done to rule out that.If it is positive antibiotics will be needed.I usually prescribe Norfloxcacin as empirically and change according to culture if necessary in my patients.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
