Can Period Start Without Growth Spurt

i am 11 and i have not had my growth spurt yet, but i have a lot of the signs that my period will start soon.

could it start soon even if i have not had my growth spurt?

plz help!!!

Puberty usualy starts around 12-13yrs of age. Periods can some times begin premature. Growth can folow even after tthat.
