Hello
Thank you for trusting HCM

Have you had cough???
What is the color of phlegm?? Have you suffering from nasal congestion??? Ear block??

If it get worse in winter?? Probably seasonal allergies.
Other possible causes like food allergies, cool drinks and freeze water.
Chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps cause post nasal drip cause mucous production.
If it coming after cough it may due lower respiratory tract infection.

Avoid cool drink, and allergen.
Water vapor inhalation daily.
Tab. Moterleukast and levocegrizine at night time.
Send sputum for culture and sensitivity.

If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
