Can Picking At The Scab Caused By Head Injury Result In A Bald Spot?

i fell and hit my head. i went to the dr. and there were no signs of concussion, but after 2 weeks i got some scabs in the back of my head. i picked one off , hair came with it it did not bleed but there is a little hole in the top of my head and scalp is showing. the area is not big, should i be concerned, or just let the scaab grow back and learn my lesson not to pick at new scab

First of all, I would like to reassure you that picking at the scab would not result in permanent hair loss.

After a while, hair would re-grow along with the new skin.
