Can Piles Be Cured Through Medicines?

Hi ,I am 26 yr old .before 2 week I felf some pain and something comming out from anus..no bleeding ,no pain in sitting and waking ..can be pushed inside .I visited dr ,she confirmed that its piles ..but she in not a surjan ..please let me know is it in stage if surgery ?or can be cured by improving eating habbits?

Stage 3 and 4 hemorrhoids are indications for surgery. Give a trial to diet.
Eat more fiber. Avoid constipation.
But if it doesnt settle in 3 months, go for surgery.
