Can Plastic Surgery Help With Curing Haemorrhoids?

i am haemorrhoid sufferer, and i have lots of breeding after bowel movement , after sereral times of rubber banding mothod but still no cure, now my family doctor refer me to a plastic surgeon for this problem, i am wondering if plastic surgeon can taking care of haemorrhoid? please adise , thankyou.

Surgery can be suggested as a treatment for hemorrhoids when other treatments do not work. Of course even a plastic surgeon can perform the procedure.
