Can Plenty Of Water,Urals,vitamins And Healthy Diet Help To Flush Away Meth From Body Within 4 Days?

i smoked about a half a gram of meth last night until today around lunch time and i got a phone call from my work saying i have a medical on monday at 8am which is 4 days away, if i drink lots of water and take urals and vitamins and keep a healthy diet with a lot of excerise what are my chances of passing

Well, flushing out meth from your body with water, vitamins wont occur as soon as 4 days. It takes a least of 2-3 weeks time to come out completely clean.
When you use meth it gets metabolised and the metabolites get everywhere through blood and it will show up in your urine as well.
Even if you drink really good amount of water , it will still take you a minimum of 1 week's time to cleanse your systems of meth.
