HRTs can cause increased weight but with healthy life style it can be managed.
As I have gone through your history,it seems that you may need to watch out for cola drinks ,as 3 times a day can be the main culprit causing gain in weight.
Also my suggestion would be use complex carbohydrates (brown rice,brown ,bread,sweet corns) instead of simple carbohydrates.start
yoga at home and increase green leagy vegetables and fruits in diet.
You may also need to get blood sugar level,and
kidney profile checked to rule out retention of fluid.
You may discuss further if you have to discuss about the reports.
