yes pus cells in urine test can be a cause of fever , and the report of CBP correlates with acute infection most likely Urinary Tract Infection in your daughter's case. I suggest you have another test done on the urine of your daughter , its called "Leukocyte esterase test'. This will confirm infection in the urinary tract and in the meantime start empiric antibiotic syrup CEFEXIME and syrup paracetamol
