Can "kalms" Tablets Be Taken To Relieve Anxiety?

i am due to take a music grade exam and am extremely anxious my teacher noticed it was affecting my preformance and recomends that i take kalms daytime tablets. i am 14, 5ft 7 and weigh more than 7 stone. is it safe for me to take them and if so, where can i get them?

Kalms is a herbal preparation. It is not recommended for use below 18 years.
I would suggest you do deep breathing and relaxations techniques and meditation to relieve stress.
Music itself releases stress. Do not worry about performance and exam, just enjoy the music and that will help to release stress.
